Hey all, this is my first post. Wanted to say I've been reading the forums for a little while. Bought my first real knife last year (HK) benchmade auto. People on here are right, they multiply quick! Just thought I'd show you my small collection. Anything I should get next? Bought the Spyderco today. My first one. Thanks all for having me.

Welcome to BF!!! An excellent start to your collection!
Other than Buck and Swiss Army knives, a Benchmade Griptilian was my first properly good folding knife just over a year ago...

I like to camp and fish. Trying to find the perfect EDC also. Would love to carry the MelPardue Auto I have, but it's not legal to carry. So I need to look into Becker for fixed blade? Thanks for the suggestion benchwarmer

Welcome to the forum! I'd say it's time to take it to the next level. Grab a mid to high end TI framelock like a sebenza, strider sng, hinderer, or maybe an umnumzaan

It would be an excellent choice among many excellent choices. Fallknivens are also among those excellent choices.

^That is very good advice!

Also, since you are open to suggestions - get yourself an Opinel or possibly two or three in different sizes.
For me the Opinels are an excellent reminder that a great knife does not have to cost big $.
Also they are very good to practice sharpening on!

If you think you've found the one and you are happy with it I'd suggest never looking here again lol. I find what I think is the one then I see something awesome here and replace my former perfect edc with that. Lol it's a never ending battle.
