Mate that is a hell of a collection. How do you find the Fallkniven? I still fancy an F1.
Colt looks great, my delica is on the way and Busse wise i love my TGLB.

The Fallkniven A1 to me is a solid, tough, sharp, ergo, useful, practical, brute of a "survival knife"...is there is such a thing. If it really counted and I had to do a ton of bushcraft(shelter, etc), it'd prolly be the one. One could diff do worse.. Having said that, its a big and relatively heavy knife. I come from an ultra light backpacking as well as mtb racing(crosscountry bicycle)back ground and am now a hopeless gram counter. If I had to 'grab and go' w just 1 somewhat larger camp/chore/utility knife from my collection, it'd prolly be the Fehrman Scout. Sadly tho, because I like them all.

Love the collection or at least part of it. It is always nice to see some guns mixed in the pics and 1911's just go great with knives. I would say welcome to the addiction, but seems like it is not new to you.

Thanks guys.

The "welcome to the addiction" is actually fitting. Meaning I consider myself very new to being a true knife guy. Guns yes..knives not so much until lately. I'm hopelessly bitten now, but that wasn't the fact until my brother passed away last Spring and left me some of these. Others were sold since there was so many..but I kept ones that were dear to him or I'd always liked and fondled when we spent time together. He was a knife head thru and thru, and will be missed. To me he now lives on, in a way. May he RIP.

Speaking of my brother, some of you might have known him. He had 2 accts at least. K ducky..and Kirk D (gold member acct) being his later acct. Heres a thread or 2 with him in it. I sold this Hawk recently :(..

Here he is talking about the Tops Power Eagle... I still have it.

I've still got this spear point too. Nice seeing him in these threads. It helps in a way I guess.

He'd already had 2 strokes(that's why some of his earlier text was a bit "off").. 1 triple bypass.. 1 heart attack.. and beat cancer.. by the time he passed at the age of 59.

Carry on
