Hi I am new to this forum, but my love of knives and edged weapons has been with me for as long as I can remember of my 63 years, I have had the opportunity to make numerous edged weapons during my years as a toolmaker. I love Esee and Tops, got a bit of a hint if you have an Esee sheath that's tight, gently file the two raised pads of plastic to customize it to what you want, but don't over do it!

Hello , welcome to Bladeforum !!!! You found the right place if you like knives. Tons of stuff here in the BF, so look around and enjoy !!!!!

welcome. sure you'll find yourself right at home here soon enough.

Welcome to the forums! If you like blades this is a great place to be, lots of like minded knife nuts in one great community 😀

I'll get a tutorial from my son when he is home this weekend

Welcome O Oldtoolmaker

Have your son read this link on how to post pictures here. Because you are at the free membership level, you have to use a picture hosting site, only a paid member level can post pictures directly. Also, use this same link to practice posting pictures too, that’s what it’s there for.

Again, welcome to BladeForums, looking forward to seeing you here some more.

Link for how to post pictures and practice, all in one:

Welcome aboard!
We have some pretty "sharp" folks in here...
And there's always all of that "cutting" satire! 😁

Welcome! This is a great community, I hope you stay and learn as much as you can! :)

Welcome!
Just another note on photos - if you do find yourself wanting to post lots of pics, consider just spending the $10 for a year’s membership. Then you can post pics right from your phone (although you may need to resize them with an app like “Lower” or similar). I spent years on here before becoming a paid member and I wish now I’d done it a lot sooner…
