I've never been into knives until this past winter.

Ive had a freebie that 5.11 tactical gave me with some boots, and a no name serrated.

Ordered these from kershawguy. I love both knives, and have used the blur the most so far. I got a gatco professional kit back in march and redid the s30v blade. I found a old piece of leather and used mothers mag and aluminum polish. I've got the 600 grit and i think its 1200 grit stones on the way. I planned on making my own strop with some leather from a local tack shop. I will have to order the abrasive paste/sticks.

Here is my small collection and dont make fun of the little china knife. I have used it a ton the past 6 months. It fits in a pocket on my boots, so even if i forget my main edc ive got a back up.

I really do like both of the knives. My blur did not have the xxxx blem mark on the blade.

The knives are just a little different from eachother. The ram will really due some fine work with its supersharp point. The blur with the s30v is the one i prefer to have on me everyday.

This is not a joke i stalked a turkey yesterday and took it with my blur. Cut its neck. The turkey had been hit in the leg by a bowhunter on my place. I stalked the bird and jumped it and cut its throat. Called the hunter and he came and tagged his bird.

That's very cool!

I just picked up a Blur off the Sale area (and a Chive). I'm excited about it. No wild turkeys in Los Angeles, though... except of the bourbon variety.
