New hamon knife from backwoods is finished

Hi guys. Bill just finished this up for me. I think his arms still hurt from all the sanding. He did a great job.

Now say what WILSON?

Well duh! Of course Bill did a great job. What did you expect. I knew the knife would be a one of a kind. All Bill's knives are one of a kind.
 
Bones, nice score, looks like a knife that will last a "few" years with you while you are out and about in Mother Nature . . . . :thumbup:
M/W, I don't think the words "ugly" or "mistake" are even in BA's vocabulary . . . . Heck, he probably doesn't even know what they mean . . . . :D :D

I never said I didn't like the knife. I think it's a beautiful knife. The hamon is one of the best I've seen. You don't see a hamon with the top of the blade like that ever day. The only thing wrong with the knife is......it's going to Bones house.
 
Hey BACKWARDS WARLORD, Trying to talk Bill into a San Mai now. 3/16th thick X 6" blade with some killer box elder. Although he didn't sound happy about it, he's thinking about it.

Just bought 2 more new Kimbers and have 2 fixed and 2 folders on order and the bank account is still good to go.
 
Well, sounds like you'll have no trouble out spending me. Spend away my friend. Hope you enjoy your Backwoods as much as I enjoy mine. Sorry Bill, my bank account can't keep up with Bones' bank account.
