New handle for my Tankbuster

Ok I'm thinking of sending my Tankbuter in for some pampering, it's my favorite blade it has black crinkle coating. The question is what type of handle material and colored handles would you recommend? I love green but I'm open to other colors, so post away! Pics of some sweet examples are welcome!

Red & Black G-10 would look great with a black coating, here's mine on muddy brown....

I do like black and red but I was thinking maybe something other than g10 or micarta.

if it's a user, g10 and micarta are the most practical options. If you're going for purty, their mammoth tooth scales are the coolest scales i've ever seen

Well it will be used but not crazy hard. Mammoth may be too brittle though but I agree it is very sweet

Some of the bone options are very nice and are pretty hardy for a user knife.

Desert Ironwood would be my choice if you rule out the synthetics.....:thumbup:

It doesn't need to be stabilized because it is naturally stable, feels warm in cold weather and is pretty durable.

Do you think if I order the material and send it in with the knife if it will go any faster? I hear that waiting for the material is the longest part of the wait.

I hope the owner of this TB doesnt mind me posting this. This one was black coating with black paper and I gave it a satin finish and rehandled it with Claro walnut burl. I think it turned out really well. I bet the shop could do something similar
