New Handles

As I stated in a previous post I've retired my Randal Alaskan drop point to try a different route. The knife is still in great shape but I really am thinking of finding some one that builds knives and look into replacing the handle. Changing the leather to stag. I wonder if anyone else has went that route and if so how it turned out. The leather is getting a little hard to hold onto and thinking that a little larger diameter would be better. I sent a email to Randal knife in Orlando and ask it they could do the job and was told they were too busy with current orders to under take the job.
