New handles

After talking with the guys at the Beckerwest camp out and feeling different handles I decided the BK2 needed some micarta handles. I was lucky enough to get a BK14 at the camp out but micarta was back order so I went with G10. I have not really used either one but the BK2 feels a lot better hopefully we can get to the coast for some crab before Christmas.

Took some time to get back over to the coast and test it out. The new handles are so much better when wet.
cleaned and in the cooler waiting for the water.

I don’t eat them, I really enjoy crabbing it is so relaxing for me the wife and kids love it so win win

What a GREAT CATCH! You should give em a try Make a white wine sauce with butter, garlic and onion. Once hot stir in the crab (pause) had to wipe my mouth, and serve with French bread YUM!

I have tried it a few times, the wife and a couple of older kids like garlic and butter to dip in.

Nice haul!
Dungeness crab is my favorite seafood hands down. Delicious!
