Hello all, I have collected, fixed, maintained, and made knives for about 25 years off and on. I am an old Eagle Scout, survivalist, former Search and Rescue Team leader, veteran Law Enforcement Officer, officer survival, firearms, and defensive tactics instructor, fly fisherman, and admitted gear junkie. I am an amateur gunsmith, as well as an amateur knife maker. I am a member of the American Bladesmith Society, and currently under the tutelage of a couple of Master Smiths and Blacksmith/Metal Mavens... lol. I only recently decided to take my knife making a little more seriously, and have so far completed several commissioned knives as well as a couple of custom sheaths for production knives. My work has to this point been limited to people who live in the area, word-of-mouth customers, and a couple of projects for Candlepower Forums members. Altogether this is my first real foray onto the web with regards to this particular pursuit, and as such here are a couple of photos of some of my past work... Feedback appreciated...

Have others, several in the works, don't want to clog the forum with unnecessary pictures... Cheers!

Thanks, yeah... multi-purpose... A little extra leverage to open your brew, and possibly extract you from the ensuing tight spot your mouth might get you into...

I really like that camp knife you posted. That style of knife is my favorite to use, and yours looks to be a clean flowing design. I also really think your background and various experiences helps make your designs well suited to the end user. You should look into a knifemakers membership here and offer some up for sale!

From one eagle to another: those are all very nicely made & please keep the pics coming

Man. I absolutely love the primitively looking small forged utility knife. That is very, very cool. Everything else is nice, too. But that knife - wow.

I bet it could. Looks like an embryo alien!

Your sheaths are first-class.

This is excellent, an improved style of a semi-primitive knife I picked up a while ago

Thank you. I really enjoy making the sheaths... almost as much as making the knives. I guess that's why I offer to make a sheath for others as much as I do.

I will be putting a few things up on the exchange as soon as my schedule slows and I can finish my personal projects. One item will be the bottle openers if I can just find a way to reasonably turn them out without interrupting the knife making... I have sold a few to locals and the report so far is favorable. Works well as a bottle opener, not very intrusive in the pocket. May come up with a bladeforums only price :)
