Hi everybody,
I am new here and looking forward to learning more about knives.

I bought my first microtech 3 weeks ago. I actually ended up returning that first knife because it was too stiff for me to operate. Thanks to Bladeops for the great customer service... It was a Combat Troodon, S/E, Black, Serrated.

Now it is 3 weeks later and I have 5 Microtechs.
Maybe I caught the "bug", idk. There is something appealing about Microtech knives to me and I cant stop buying them. lol
Anyways here is a shot of some of my collection. All of them are brand new accept the Zombie Delta. The Halo V was built this month (5/2014) I love that :)

Ooh and I bought one of those cheap Buck knife stands. I think I need something a little better, but this will have to do for now.

I just wanted to introduce myself and show off some of my collection.
I am now looking for a Select fire to add to my collection. Preferably a black, dual action one. (Sorry if I am not allowed to post that, I know you have to be a gold member to sell knives.. But I am not sure about buying them. Do you need to pay to buy knives from this site?)

Thanks guys for checking out my collection guys.

Good looking shots of that Quintet. It seems you have found a type and mfg. that you like--which is always a good thing.

Welcome to the forum, and the madness!

Thank you!! It is madness indeed.

I am now going to be looking into what I need to do to keep these bad boys maintained. When I got my Halo it was covered in oil. I can imagine that it will wear away slowly as I play with it more and more. It already looks much "dryer" than when I first got it.

I dont want to have to send these back to MFR. so I will have to lube them up and clean them out myself.

Yes, tinkering with (playing) and maintaining our babies are an integral and fun, part of the addiction! A lot of time and typing is committed to finding the 'perfect' lube/protectant and applying to knives.

Have fun #1

Nice start! That stand isn't the worst I've seen :)

3wks, 5knives.. no problem! :D

Buying from this site is free to regular members, it's only selling/trading that restricted to paying members :)

Thanks for the info guys.

Anyone know why I am limited by posts? For some odd reason I cannot reply in some other threads..
I just joined today.. Is this why I cant post on other threads?
