Hey folks, joined here a few weeks ago and this is my first post. I collected knives when i was a kid, most of them have since dissapeared i guess through moving numerous times and 2 divorces things go missing. Really miss the case double emblem canoe i had and i had a purina knife that my dad gave me after he searched for it for a long time. If anyone knows where i can find one of those please let me know. Anyway my edc is a kershaw cryo that i'm not really happy with. I like the assisted opening and the blade design just imo is too heavy for it's size. I've been looking at the tenacious or a mini griptillian but can't make up my mind. But i figure if i stay around here much longer i will get both :D my fascination i had with knives when i was younger seems to have came back to me recently and i hope to learn a lot here. I will probably ask dumb questions and pretty much make myself sound like an idiot more than once haha. Anyway sorry for the long first post just wanted to say hello
 
I'm in the exact same situation as you man. Same thing happened to me. Except I never got married.

I've now bought my 5th knife. Most two recent purchases just this past week are:

ZT 0566
ZT 0550

I've been carrying my 0566 around now as my 0550 still hasn't come in the mail. I like it quite a bit though. Very happy with the purchase. Just wish I would had bought the carbon fiber scale instead of the G10. I'll have a custom scale made for it soon though so doesn't matter much.
 
Right now i have the kershaw cryo, case trapper bone, case sod buster jr. In yellow, and a few cheap gerbers stashed in the truck, toolbox, tackle box. Nothing special

Got a call from my dad today. He was cleaning out his building and said he found some boxes of mine. I'm hoping my knives are in there. Will be checking them this weekend :D
