Hi everyone,

I am new to the site and I am looking to start my own shave ice business with my niece this summer. I have no idea where to start. Can someone help me out? I need to buy a bunch of stuff but I don't want to dump a lot of money into this. Anyone know a good place to start?
 
Not really sure why you decided to join our Knife community to immediately discuss something not even remotely knife related.
Aside from that welcome to our family!
I help buy and sell for a Vietnam veteran and we also run a concession stand he has about three working ice shavers. Each one used is about 1,000$-1,300 used. But we take about .06$ and turn it into a 2.50$ profit. It's definitely got to spend money to make money type of deal.
