Do you do everything yourself, or do you get your blades made by someone else?

Those knives and sheaths look great.

Really nice work and look forward to seeing more. Welcome to Blade Forums.

Welcome! Those are some great looking knives. Thanks for posting them.

Thank's to you all. To me this forum feels great with so many people with intresst of the knife. I got my own knife from my dad when i was about 6 yrs old and had always a knife in use in forrest, fishing, hunting and so on. Came naturaly for me here in sweden and north finland vere my parents are from. About 6yrs ago my old dad said to me that i must learn to do a good scandiknife myself. He taught me and after that i have done some knifes when i got the time. Oftly for a byer but sometimes as a gift to a friend or a relative. Mostly i buy a blade from some of our good bladesmiths we have here in sweden/finland but i also do some of my blades myself. p.s sorry for my bad english
Have a nice day all of you and take care. You can see more of my work at: www.knivmakareliljas.dinstudio.se

A welcome and warning--there are plenty of sharp tongues and smart mouths around here, so you will need to pack a big, sharp fighter to survive. But the rich flow of information, the interaction with some of the top bladesmiths, sheath makers, collectors, writers, dealers, and the assembly line of professional photos of fantastic knives makes this place the epicenter of knife lovers.

It's nice to have more international cross-pollination. Scandiknives are not often seen here, especially ones as well crafted as yours appear to be. Don't fret over your English; there are some of us on this forum who you could give lessons to.
