Hey new to this forum. Heard about it from a guy that made a knife for me. I am not sure where to post this, but I figured I would take the chance here.I need a dang kitchen knife set. Like a block set. I can't find any info about what metal the companies use or really anything that is helpful. I was trying to find out if any of you knew anything about what sets are good and what are not. i appreciate it.
