hey guys, I am rather new here, been lurking a bit...

anyways, I had a question about some wave patterns as seen in the orange handled folder in this thread (2nd one down):

Just use the small wheel attachment on your grinder -a 1" wheel should do the trick. (If you don't have a grinder, ask someone in the maker's section ... I'm sure someone would do it for free).

It's quick and much easier than symmetrically contouring the handle.

Welcome to the forums Ande! I've done simular grip texture for a 1911 grip using a handheld dremmel tool and 3/4 inch sanding wheel. There are deffinetly better ways, but this worked well when I was gettin' started.
