Why dont we make a combined HI Cantina DVD?
Everybody could film some stuff and send it to somebody to be spliced into one big dvd production.

Um...no...too tough to try to teach firearms via video. It's also been done to death for the wanna-be markets. :barf:

Maybe Bruise could do a portion on negotiating your way out of a dangerous situation? :D

I was told the best thing to do in a fight was to drop into the fetal position and flex all muscles. I figure such techniques work better with an exoskeleton. Other than that, I wouldn't have much to show.

No vid cam either. :(
 
If I can find my tarwar (suspect it is buried in a closet to keep it away from kids at some point), maybe I could put together some Tibetan martial conditioning training using it.
 
perhaps five minutes on "weapon and shield" principles. I think most people think a shield is just a big billboard with a neat design. it is much more.
I could even show some simple shield drills you can do by yourself or with a partner.

Also could do sword and axe (two weapon) techniques, with its array of sweeps and snares. (if ya think an axe is too heavy to fight with in only one hand, yer usin it wrong:D)

Now how to film this digitally...I ain't wanting to spend a few thou on tech fer five mins of vid.

I'll keep checking in on this thread to see...

If I can get my hands on a video carmera, I could do a Comedy of Errors on sheath making! :p

Seriously, I could do some basic sheathing stuff for a video.

unless somebody else wants to do it, i will offer my editing services.
just send the fottage to me on dvd or vhs ar dvc and i will add it to the show..

Danny, I wanted to let you know that Yangdu and I watched the DVD you sent and it's certainly worthwhile. Nicely presented. I'm impressed.
