Are there enhancements to the plain models at the new prices?

On some dealers websites I thought I saw polished screws on the regular (not the classic).

Is it true that there are enhancements on the plain regular models. If so what are they?

I believe those would be options that the individual dealer requested, such as polished screws/polished blade.....

When we implemented the price increase last September (2000), it was the first increase since 1997. This increase was simply to keep abreast of rising production and labor costs and was not intended to accommodate any specific upgrading of the regular knives. Our on-going policy, however, is to try to put as much into our knives as possible and often this is an upgrade but the costs is absorbed. We do try to avoid bouncing prices around.

We have been supplying all Sebenzas with polished screws for about the past six months. Regular Sebenzas can be ordered with a polished hollow grind (at an additional price) and many dealers choose this feature.
