ok, hopefully, now that we have all had time to reflect here it is.

I am changing my selection.

I am going to think hard on this one, but I am leaning on the FBM still although the SH-E argument is a good one and the GW is still a contender.

There are alot of GW's but there is no way they outnumber all the SH-E's out there

what surprises me is how they hold their value. They outnumber the BM-E and the NO-E and yet their value is higher than the NO and almost as much as the BM-E. rediculous.

But consider how long the BBSHSH was in production, albeit during a time (90's) when production annually was not high. The BBSHSH easily lasted longer than the SH-E production.

I think the production today is probably tripple or more of what it was even 3 years ago.

Still think its gotta be the GW. No other knife where so many people have multiples of them.

So now you added the SHBA and now I have to think about it. Didn't Jerry make those while he was making the SHSH (SH1, BBSH and SHII)?

So there would have to be a few thousand of them out there

As the fan base grows so do Busses production numbers. With the GW being so inexpensive compared to other Infi it has to be the most produced so far with the FBM being second.

I think it's close between the GW and the FBM. But I am still trying to figure out how the SH-E can be so high. I am willing to bet that all the years of SH-E production do not equal 1 year of FBM production and definitely not GW production. The GW's I don't think were made in high quantities per group, more like small quantities of tons of different combinations.

Gave a slight edge to the GW in the first, so I'll go with the FBM this time, I should be right once at least.

Didn't Skunk say FSH earlier? He's in a pretty good position to know about this- better than most, so I have to go with what he's saying. Unless, of course, this is more sneaky hogterfuge, to conceal the existence of the giant cache of CGASHBMs he has in his basement. If he has his druthers, those will never see the light of day, because he is hogging them all. But I am wise to his little scheme.

(CGASHBM= combat grade anniversary straight-handled battle mistresses)

You know that it's true. Skunk, my silence can be bought- for a price. Bwahahahaha!

So if there are so many BBSHSH out there why can't I find one? :grumpy:;)

I'm still thinking GW on this just because of current production levels. More shows being done and more Ganzaa's The internet is what made the volumes go up. Its way easier to promote your great product.

How long has the Busse forum been running here at blade forums?

I've just got to go GW. In the last year, I've seen them everywhere I've looked.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

On the other hand, did you notice papathud voted for the sh-e? Not dissing Scott, but I would guess that Andre is in at least as good of a position to know about this as Scott.

In any case, either way, it appears that the answer may be some incarnation of Steel Heart.

ok, I really don't think that the FSH is anywhere near the leader, and remember that skunk would vote on every knife if I had given him the opportunity:D

So his voite is really irrelevant:D

However, there is some credence to the SH-E, which means that SH-E's are overpriced:D
