What do you think a new - mint - in the box scout 107 might be worth? I have a chance to pick one up, but I want to make sure the seller (a friend) gets a fair price for it

Thanks - Richard

Richard,
The 107 Scout is one of those knives that i watch regularly on Ebay. It never ceases to amaze me at what price they sell. They are not all that rare, yet they regularly sell for between $100 and $120 NIB. I just don't get it. It is a great little all around knife, suitable for the kitchen or for field dressing a deer.

Joe . . . I still use a Model 107 almost daily. In fact, its in my truck as this is written. Bought the 107 in June, 1983 and it's beginning to show some wear. Replaced the sheath once, and recently had both sheaths resewn. But then, after 21 years of solid use, a little maintenance is justified.

Any chance of another run of this little jewel? As you know, the 107 covers a lot of ground. Have used mine for everything from dressing small game & fish to deer although it is now reserved mainly for peeling the occasional apple. :)
