For the most part I collect schrades (the real usa ones). So a lot of the time I buy stuff for my collection that I dont really use or its older and has been used a little or a lot. But I like all kinds of knives not just schrades and I have many different brands of collectors and users. But for everyday I carry a pretty big knife, usually something with a pocket clip and it takes a regular beating complimented with a sak of some sort. Which means I try not to carry anything too nice. But I decided to splurge and get me a new case knife. I was trying to stay under fifty bucks and get something a little different for me. I love the look and feel of an equal end folder. So I went with the case medium stockman with the barnboard scales. It dosent look exactally like the pic did the web site I think it looks better and at $44 bucks it seemed to be the right price. And supposedly these are "limited supply" but ya know how that goes. Either way I dont get too many new in the box that go right into the pocket but this one did. and whatever happens, happens. Just wanted to share my first NEW case in a long time. Give me a few days and I let ya know how I like it. Anyone else put a nice new one in there pocket lately. - Joel
