Anyone waiting for the release of the Indian River Jacks? I've squirreled away enough money to get one, and check my email every day. I really like the idea of super steels in single blade traditionals. A multi blade wouldn't excite me nearly as much. Wonder what covers will be available.

Yeah I'm waiting on them too. I missed the other runs and after I determined to buy one they had sold out this year.

Anybody have a rough guess for when these will be available?

I'd say after they make and sell the models that are cult classics, at this point. There's a new Northwoods coming out this week, so most likely, not this year...if at all again. I'm pretty positive Derrick or someone from KSF will address this thread.

I'd be curious to know how these turn out. I'm sure Derrick will be hot on the tails of Queen for this run after some of the issues with the Everyday Barlow.
As he said before as I believe, he didn't know when the EDB's would be released so it's a toss up for the release date.

Derrick said earlier in the year, "Last quarter of '15". I sure hope I can get a good one. I'm more interested in them for the steel than the pattern of the knife, although the pattern is a single blade, just the right size. Not the most useable tip on a spear blade, but I'm still interested. Smooth white bone, or yellow bone sure look nice on this one.

Well, that changes my statement. As of yet, I heard no one say "Derrick said." Call KSF, they'd be more than happy to tell you what they know. I really liked the yellow camel bone on some of the previous runs.
