So my Busse heavy duty has finally gotten here! And boy, do I love it so far.

Phase 2: Make a proper sheath for it









I went ahead and took a close up of the crinkle coating, and it seems to have interestingly uniform patterns

Nice blade man! That crinkle coat is great. I find it particularly good as a non stick surface when cutting a hard cheese.
