I just received my SJLE, # 227. It feels so good in my hand, it'll be hard not to use it. I'll have to try to get another SJT as a user, 'cause this one's too purdy.
This is only my 2nd Busse, but certainly, not my last. My collection is building slower than others, but it's all that I can afford, right now. What am I saying? - I couldn't afford this one! I justified this sale, because I can't make it to Blade, this year. So, I bought the SJLE, instead.

Oooooh, ahhhhhh. There is a store up here that stocks busse knives and they have a SJT LE, but the guys were so rude inside I didn't even bother asking them how much they wanted for it.....

Nice scores is right! You're in deep though. The regular SJ-TAC's just don't feel quite the same after an LE.

Rude? Were they grunting at you and squeeling like pigs?
It'd sure be nice to have a store like that store down here in Texas, where we could handle INFI and drool all over it. But if they were thet rude, I guess you'll just have to keep clicking on the Company Store for Busses.
Nobody's rude over there. Just a pleasure to deal with. And doggone fast shipping, too.

I got my SJT LE with the intent of keeping it for bit, then selling it and making a couple hundred bucks. That justified paying THAT much for a knife, you see, as an investment/moneymaker.

But when I gripped the handle before even taking off the cardboard custom-fitted sheath, I thought, "THIS is 'the knife' I've been looking for."

So I used it straight away. this particular one isn't going anywhere but to my children after I'm dead and gone.

Well you got two great knives. Thats a hell of a start for a new collection..Congratulations..I wouldn't worry about how fast or slow the collection grows. Part of the fun of it (for me anyway) is the anticipation of getting a new blade and mulling over all the choices.. I know how you feel about not wanting to use the SJ LE because of its looks . I got mine the other day and have neglected to go to work with it on anything yet. I have just been grabbin one of my other ones ( I only have 4 total) instead... They really do feel good in the hand which I think is a combination of the handle design and definately the thickness of the blade..

Congratulations on your new arrival and thanks for the pictures..

David I am soooo glad that you scored that.........It is as I said Before AWESOME.... and let's give a big "Thanks to Skunk" for his fast shipping....GOOD JOB SKUNK........

Hey, David E! I've got 2 of those!
Been thinking about ordering the Hell Razor, but fortunately, I got lucky on the SJLE. Don't you just love the way they supprise us with one or two, here and there? I felt like I had won the lotery (a small one, anyway), or something, when I saw it on the product page.
How's that HR feel in the hand? Anything like the SJLE? Probably, much lighter.

I've almost hoped that when I click on the Company Store, I don't see the HOSJT in stock. That way the temptation doesn't become a problem. I keep checking the store anyway... So far, no HOSJTLE when I've been there.

I don't know if my finances and I are relieved or disappointed.

Threads like this make it a lot harder.

(Nice pics, David E and excellent score.)

I wish so, it was one of those tacticool type stores that has all the latest cool guy gear. I guess I just wasn't cool enough. Seeing that knife more and more makes me wish I would have clicked on it when I had the chance!! Next time!!

Bigdog,
Congrats on the new SJ LE. Grab a Hell Razor, you'll find quickly that it begs to be used. That way you can retire the LE for drooling only.

The 25th? Extending the anxiety. I had to wait an extra day, because I ordered it on Memorial Day. They were fast. I ordered on Monday, afternoon, thanks to a tip from rbmcmjr, here on the forum and got it before noon on Thursday.
I'm waiting for a couple of paydays to order an HR. Unless, something, else comes up that I can't do without. Hopefully, they'sre not all gone by that time.

Here's a tighter pic of the Hell Razor.

It feels different enough from the SJ LE to matter, but that takes nothing away from the HR. Great knife. I want to add a Desert HR soon.
