new "IWB" sheath, help?

I have made this "IWB" for my Spyderco Bob Lum! It's my first one what do you think? is itthe way you are doing it or shut I make some improvments?

Looks good to me! My only gripe is I'd like one like that... covered in very fine suede! Plastic can become - painful - after awhile... but that's just the grumblings of a scrawny old man... LOL!!!
