New Izula sheath!

Sup guys. I'm sure a lot of you already own one of Shotgunner11's sheaths anyhow, but here's some pics of mine. :rolleyes: It just came in a couple hours ago and I love it already! I had Mike slap a new rivet on there so I could use it with a g-clip. (sorry about the quality, I took these with my cell phone camera! :cool:)

(Despite the placement of the clip in the pics, I'm not left handed - I was carrying it in a cargo pocket low on my right leg.)

The kydex holds the knife really well. I shook it pretty darn hard and it didn't budge. :D I wish the Izula came with one of these instead of the standard plastic sheath (which won't hold on to my knife much anymore) but that'd probably bump the price up. The g-clip isn't too bad either! My Izula sure isn't going anywhere in this combo. :eek: I had to sit down and work at it before I could get it off my jeans the first time - the little hook part grabbed the seam and wouldn't let go for anything.

Overall I'm impressed with the clip and the sheath. Great price too! Wouldn't hesitate to get another if I ever have another Izula.

The g clip was extra since I had to order it straight from Spyderco and have it sent to Mike to fit it. I think it was about 7 or 8 dollars shipped.
 
I love the way the seam on that thing came out. Smooth as butter. How is the detent on the blade?
 
Not sure how to spell this, but, saweeeeettt. I modify mine, but, that is just awesome. I want one.

I shook it around quite a bit and that thing won't just fall out, but you don't need to pull too awful heard to pop it out of the sheath either. I'll have to check how it fits unwrapped as I think the paracord is affecting how far I can shove it in. I would probably get an even better fit without it. :thumbup:
