new Izula...

I just got an Izula, in black, with the kit.

Its my first RAT knife.

Its really a great size and seems to be ready to do a bit of work but it still handy enough for small tasks.

It seems to be about as handy as my small Sebenza 21 other than the grip being a bit tricky due to how thin the skeleton handles are. I notice that its about 1/5 to 1/10 the cost of the Sebenza.

It has not cut much yet other than oppen few packages at work, but its a great knife so far.

Thanks. I tried the cord. Its a bit slippery so far. I will get to like it soon enough.

Congrat on your new knife. What i love about the izula is that it has lot of room for customization. besides the paracord, you can try wrap the handle with anything from leathers to duct tape. I heard that a new micarta handle scales is coming out!

I agree. I will EDC it for a while via pocket carry. I like it more and more daily.
