After a time of confusion with Kamis coming and going rapidly, which slowed
down my production, I can finally see some stabilization in HI's production.

The new Kamis attracted to HI's business need advance cash in order to find
a place to live and move their families with them, including buying food, rent
and whatever else they need to get settled.

In order to provide that advance cash, I am going to have a special sale for
the next three days, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This will be your
great opportunity to add the genuine, best knives and swords out of Nepal
to your collections without breaking your bank account.

I have a few swords in stock and a fair supply of knives of several different
sizes. Look for the special sale on the forum tomorrow.:)

Yangdu this is indeed good news!! Not so much about the sale, but that you have gotten some more Kamis coming on. I hope this evens things out for you a bit.

I guess this would be why the emails have gone unanswered, it was too busy there... groovy! :)

I have exactly two items I am really wanting bad, otherwise, it is whatever catches the eye so I may not be as sharkie as usual.

Yangdu, your roses are beautiful. Thanks for the pic.

I'll be checking in to see what's available;). Chum in the waters!!

Will these items be blems or normal quality with warranty?

Thanks,
Bill
It is usually noted by item during the sale. Items that are blems usually have the blemish noted in the description.
Any others should be retail quality items.

The Warranty said:
DOTD (Deal of the Day) Sales. Any Item listed for sale as a "Blem" or blemished item is a Final Sale with no warranties, expressed or Implied. Since most of these blem items are sold because of defects in handle material, the blade may still be covered under the warranty at the discretion of Himalayan Imports. All other DOTD sales are discounted items. Defects known to Himalayan Imports will be disclosed to the buyer. Warranty coverage will be at the discretion of Himalayan Imports.

Woohoo! Let's hope the new guys can pound steel as well as some of the former Kamis... Bura, Sher the Tiger, Kumar... and the good Sergeant.

Good to be on the forum, lots of good posts.

Just casting a net to see if a stray M-43, Ganga or CAK gets caught this morning :-) I hope the festivities begin soon, before I have to go to my daughters graduation!

As for the sales, she usually posts them in the afternoon. You never can really tell when, although she does have somewhat of a habit of doing it around 2:30 est...or 11:30 reno time.

In the meantime, if you havent already, check the Link Library at the top of the forum for the ordering instructions, safety thread and lots of other good stuff.
