Sorry I don't have pictures, but I went to Blade show yesterday here in Atlanta and got to play with a prototype auto from Kershaw. This knife was medium/large size - probably 3.75 blade length, 4.5 or so handle, overall a VERY thin profile, aluminum scales, and ergonomic handle. The Kershaw representative said it would retail for about $99. He said maybe 90 days to market. Who knows. Cool knife though...

I was very impressed with this knife and will most certainly have to have one. The most apparent attribute was the thinness of this knife, very cool.

UnknownVT has a picture of it along with some other new Kershaws in his Blade Show 2009 thread in the Gallery subforum.

It is the fourth knife from the right. It is actually sitting next to two other autos.

You might want to clean the inside of your pants. But I see your point. Kershaw has sure made a showing for their fans this year. I can't wait for the Speedform, it's supposed to be very similar to a Sebenza but at Kershaw prices. :D

Titanium handles with composite blade? Man, even the handles look composite!

Maybe you weren't that excited, but I can tell you're stoked.

What's this about the Rouge only for fire/EMS, will I not be able to get one?

What about Military personnel can we buy them and were would we buy them from (website)?

Very nice knives hope I can own them soon?

If you find an online store that will sell an auto to you without "credentials," then you probably could get one. And you bet I'm stoked!

And what is the story with the Emerson styled Knife that I saw in some pictures is it an auto or not and what steel is it and that kind of stuff, I am both a Kershaw and Emerson fan so to have those two companies come together is an exciting thought, hoping for non auto so I can carry it.
