NEW Kershaw Outcast & KaBar TDI ??

The Outcast looks pretty nice. If I didn't have a lil' RTAK sitting here, I may be tempted to buy one. Good steel, nice design and a fairly good price (MSRP $99.95 as opposed to the RTAKs MSRP of $122.95... I paid $85 for mine though). I like the handle design a lot too and the blade profile is nice... I'm sure it can hack through a lot with that little recurve.
I don't like the sheath though... I'm more of a fan of ambidextrous sheathes, and I don't really like Kydex, it tends to be very brittle. But I'm sure at some point they'll have a nylon of some sorts sheath for it. Kydex is very loud when you draw anyway.
Now, the TDI... I do NOT like that knife at all, at least not to do what they want it to do. The design is horrible, it looks like a glorified box cutter to me. The blade steel is good, and I like Kytel handles, but over all I don't like the knife and wouldn't pay half the MSRP for it. Keep in mind though, that I'm a big Ka-Bar fan. This knife just doesn't do much for me.
What I do like, is the new Ka-Bar bowie... now that'll be a good knife.
