New kitchen knives?

Sal, I forgot to ask. What is the deal with the japanese style kitchen knives that you had at the Blade Show? They were real traditional looking.

Bobby - They are some of the models that Mad dog tested. 2 sizes. Farily traditional in pattern, but not in grind or steel. I'm still testing reactions.
