Just brought a new Boker Khucom from Bladehq and it arrived with plenty of rust, must have been sitting there for ages I guess because 440C doesn't rust that easily.

I purchased this knife with removing the beadblast finish in mind, so my question is will the rust come off easily when i sand the beadblast off as well? Or should I get a replacement?

Here are somes pics, rust doesn't look that extensive.

Edit: Examined inside the sheath, its covered in some kind of brown crap, seriously it looks like particles of poo.

If you're planning on sanding it anyway, that should take care of the rust. Doesn't look like it's very deep. The bead-blast is likely what helped foster the rust in the first place, as the texture of it tends to provide lots of places for moisture, dirt, acids and other rust-makers to cling to the steel.

If not sanding it, my first choice to remove the rust would be using a paste of Bar Keepers Friend powder + water, applying it directly to the rust spots with a Q-tip and rubbing the rust away, then rinse it thoroughly. The oxalic acid in Bar Keepers Friend does almost all the work; don't leave any of it on the blade longer than 30-60 seconds, because the acid will etch the steel. But it does remove rust almost effortlessly, and works great when used with care (read the warnings & directions on the container).
