New knife coming

Good call Riley, I have looked at those many times myself, great value for money eh !!!!

Looks like a pretty good knife and a decent deal for $40.00 or $55.00 with sheath.

Which model did you order?

I've had my eye on that one for a while. Never quite had the gumption to pull for one but I look forward to your review!

I picked up one of those from LT at a show a few years ago. It's a great little knife and your gonna love it.

Jeff

Those look great. I've been wanting a pointier alternative to my Mini Canadian for some time.

honest, the BHN guys and gals are beyond top notch. The knives are just the bee's knees and I cant tell you enough about how wonderful the craftmanship is on them. You will not be dissapointed and will more than likely oown more than one.

Riley, that looks like a sweet little knife, it should serve you well, looking forward to see how your field experiences work out with it. I'm wishing you hadn't shown this, I'm trying to thin out my "knife herd" :-) Have fun with it.

I picked up one of these a while back. It makes a great lil' neck knife. Mine has maple scales. Fit and finish were excellent. Blade came sharp and with a little stropping was very sharp.

There was a wee bit of confusion in re my order and I ended up with both the BHK hip sheath and the JRE neck sheath (pictured below). The BHK hip sheath is aesthetically more appealing to me. The JRE sheath seems too modern for this period knife. However, the JRE sheath is good quality and works well, so I use it more often.

I have to say that BHK customer service was first rate and they went above and beyond by sending me a temporary sheath while waiting for my JRE.

I'm very happy with this knife, and, although I haven't used it extensively yet, I sure it'll make a great small game blade. Or patch knife.

Good stuff Riley, I like that one. I've got their bushcrafter and it's a real winner, especially at the very modest price point.

Riley, did you get it yet? I am planning to get one too if a swap I am working on goes through, but I'd love to hear your impressions first.

I've had my eye on their bushcraft knife for a while & just haven't pulled the trigger. Anybody got one of those? and like it!

I just picked up their patch knife this weekend. I think it will make a great little hunting knife.

I am waiting on my BHK Bushcrafter, oh the wait.....
I spoke with LT and he was a great gut to talk with on the phone. Everything I hear is good about their company.
It is great to support good people.

2 sets of Bushcrafter/Bushbaby combo here. Top notch knves. I got one set, and it was claimed by my son, so naturally had to order a second :D

Mine came extremely sharp, and I like the blade finish. Have not taken them on an outing yet, but very pleased so far.\
