Just was gifted this Boker folding lock back. A friend of mine is at that stage in life where things are just things and he knows how much I have liked that knife. He has kept it in his safe since 2014 when he bought it. Never cut anything with it and was still in original box and all. Anyways I stopped by his house and as I was leaving he said hey wait a minute and went and gave it to me. Means alot as he has been a great friend to me and my family. I promised to use it for hunting season and that made him happy to know it will get used. In these crazy times we live in things like this just give me hope!!! Thanks. But the bow is a HOWARD HILL longbow. But doesn’t really matter. Just thought a traditional knife would look good next to a traditional weapon as that’s my main hunting method. Thanks everyone. I’m in a little awe as no one has given me a knife of that caliber and seems I’m the one always giving buddies knives as I’m the knife nut and none of them are. Maybe because he is a lot older than all my friends and he does appreciate fine cutlery.

Congrats to both of you. 👍

(what's the draw weigh of your beautiful long bow? is it a wood laminate or wood and fiberglass laminate? endless loop or flemish twist string? I'm still trying to teach myself to shoot a barebow. I have two inexpensive traditional "Mongolian" recurve horsebows, and a short Turkish horsebow (also inexpensive) off Amazon.)

ahhh.... shooting the stickbow.....

Something about a nice recurve or straight bow just appeals to me..... probably not for hunting, but for just shooting....

compounds just leave me sorta cold.....

Great gift from a good friend... congratulations on having both.

Beautiful LB hunting knife and wonderful gift. The Boker clip is quite handsome too. OH

Very nice. If you every get tired of or break the blade, you can swap it - Boker sells different replacement blades; you push the lock, pull the old blade out, and put the new one in. Like I did here:
