From Mrs. Scurvy. Very well built William Henry case. It is a little small for some of my bigger knives but I was able to fit most of my collection (minus my Skyline and Zing sets) in there.

Top Row Left to Right: Spyderco Brown/S35vn, ZT0561, Spyderco Chaparral 2, ZT0560, Kershaw Blur S30v, Hogue EX02

Bottom Row Left to Right: ZT0301, Kirby Lambert Scorpios, Michael Raymond Estrella, William Henry B12 Terrain, William Henry EDC 10-8, ZT0300BW

The box is really nice. It is a little pricey considering it is made in China but I have yet to find anything that really compares well with it.

Congrats - and happy birthday!

That is a very nice box, exactly what I've been looking for. Go Mrs. Scurvy!

Wow that's nice! I really need something exactly like that for my carving knives, although looking at I'm not positive they'd fit. Hmm...

Edit: oh man, I just looked at the price. Wow, nice score. :)

Which way are you concerned about fit? You can see in the pictures that the slots are not very wide but they are pretty long.

Oh length. The carving knives are fairly long. I'd have to measure them, but one might be 8" or more.

In any case $300 would buy a lot of carving knives, wood and books! :p

That is indeed a nice box, and I've been looking for something like that to store my knives in. Not something as expensive as that, but that idea. I'm probably going to just pick up a couple of cigar boxes or small wooden boxes from a local antique shop to serve the purpose, and later on build something myself similar to that. I'm not yet skilled enough to make something that nice though:)
