Nice lookin' folder! (Now, would you like my address so that you'll know where to send it, after you get tired of it?.:D.:D.).

Hey Keith - lookin' good there! So, you did survive the past couple of days, eh? :D This is kinda neat - #1 and #2 of the 2BK's reside in the same city!

Thanks for the compliments guys!!

glockman- you can get me the address, but I dont think I'll be tried of it anytime soon :p

Dex- OH YEAH!!! this thing is sweet. I am glad you talked me into it. W-S home of Krispy Kreme and #1 & #2 2BK's :D

You are going to love the knife take my word for it :D

What is odd is that it is just like mine down to the # 2 mark. Me thinks there is a booboo involved here :D No big deal to me though.

A very nice looking knife. A question though. Are those actually marks on the clip side on the blade or are they reflections. Sometimes things appear in pictures that are not really there.

Not sure exactly what you are looking at, but its either a reflection, a shadow, or dust [I didnt wipe it off before taking the pic :o ]

Nosamk,

I am surprised that no one told you that that knife has almost no real steel in it. I will repeat Glockmans's offer...better send it to me before it doesn't rust. :)

Seriously....YIKES! That is a beauty! But then it doesn't just have provenance...it has dual lineage!

Congrats,

Steve-O

AWESOME knife and great pics! I have really enjoyed mine and have carried it daily since its arrival. Everyone I have showed it to loves it and it is truly a great piece!:D

Dexter, you have got to post a pic of yours with the nuggeting!!

Is there two # 2's out there, or is Gus being funny?

What I was refering must be dust. It is all those little tiny specks.

yup, thats dust....I guess I should have wiped it off :(

gotta add one more pic, the handle colors show up better in this one [I think anyway]

Gus was serious, Darrel and I will take care of it, just an honest mistake and serial numbers are no big deal to me personally on a using knife.

I got an email from Darrel; I plan on keeping/carrying mine also so it isnt a problem either way. I was more curious than anything about the possibiliy of there being two #2's. We can just be #2buddies :p

We can just be #2buddies :p
I fugure after another six months of use it will be pretty hard to see the two.
Darrel wrote me to and my response was the same as yours.

Serial numbers, we don't need no stinkin' serial numbers.

I'll probably catch some flack for this but here it goes. When you look at the right side of the blade and see all the laser engravings etc. Very cool looking. Then you look at the other side of the blade and see what looks like a hand engraved #2. Now I realize the significance of the #2, but how about laser engraving that also. To me it takes away from what is otherwise an awesome blade.
