I was working at the SHOT show this year and an old friend stopped by and gave me a neat new knife from a new knife company. My friend was a engineer/knife designer at a pretty famous knife manufacturer. I really like it. The blade is cut 100% on a CNC machine. There is no grinding done on the blade as I understand. The handle is G10. It runs on some sort of a sealed bearing system and it is incredibly smooth. Anyway, here it is.

Very cool, the blade shape reminds me of a Cold Steel AK47.
The lock looks interesting...it looks like it may work like a Kershaw sub-frame lock?
It looks like it would be very comfortable in hand.

I like it. Do you have any idea if this is going to be produced? Nice rugged design. What is the blade length?

Looks interesting and indeed, Microtech-ish.

I checked out Guardian Tactical's website and I can say they're... ambitious. I'd love to hear who this mysterious "G.T. USA master designer" is. According to them he's known for his "global award winning work" but they seem pretty determined to keep his identity a secret.
