I am posting this here for a few reasons. I own a few Boker knives & LOVE them. It seems more likely for Boker to do this than other makers.

I would like to see a folding santoku kitchen blade for camping/hiking, for food prep. The blade would be a locking blade & 4 1/2"-5" long. I think they would sell out quickly. With camping/hiking, space is always at a premium. If you make it, they will sell. :D

AG Russell has had 2 for years in vg10. They work great and are reasonably priced. The larger one goes on my lightweight camping trips and is a champ.

Just looked at the Spyderco, AG model way better for food prep and about 70 bucks. Get one...
