I'm not a legal expert, but according to the law as written and signed does this mean that starting July 1st when it goes into effect it'll be legal to carry not only switchblades but just about any kind of knife in the state? Anything from a switchblade to a KA-BAR to a bowie knife and everything inbetween?

That seems to be the case. Also there is a "Knife Law Preemption" clause that prevents municipalities from enacting local laws to supersede the state statute.
