New Knife laws for the state of Kansas

Texas recently did this too. Not sure about Oklahoma, but I see switchblades for sale at a lot of corner gas stations, cheap chinese stuff for sure. I've even bought two or three that were made in the U.S., still cheapo but they work for keeping around the house for opening packages and stuff. Truth be told, I am just not all that fascinated with autos any more. It's still nice that states are okaying them though. The idea that an opening mechanism makes a knife a deadly weapon is very outdated.
