New knife today

just went to a shop today in downtown LA, i never knew it even existed let alone was so close to me at a whopping 10 minutes away:D. well anyway i discovered it through the forums here and i decided to go for a drive and check it out. the place is great. decent folk running the shop at least from my first impression. well here she is my new blade. it might be a little cliche for some but i love the kabar. i was gonna go full sized but i just liked the short kabar better and fit my needs for an open carry in places that allow for it. ive got my assisted openers as well incase this baby cant tag along.:D

Great knife. My Dad had one he brought back from the Philippines. It was a great knife and sometimes I wonder what happened to it.
 
thanks this little beaut has some nice weight to it which i love. im planning to make a kydex sheath for it soon so ill see how that turns out
