All right, I admit it's something of a throwback to my "tactical" days, but...
I got the Columbia River Knife and Tool "Bear Claw" w/ straight edge yesterday.
I wanted a small, ergonomic edc, but moreover I was interested in the shape of the blade. I've been looking for a modern approximation of the old Arabic Jambiya design, and this is pretty good. It has great balance, fits the hand *really* well (like an extension of your arm) and is very quick. Perhaps not the most practical knife and definately no crowbar, but it really fit the bill. Plus, it's amazingly unobtrusive as EDC. For 30$, I really couldn't refuse.
Felt wierd getting a non-HI, but I'm glad I did it. I'm quite satisfied so far.
Oh, and it shaves well and cuts paper out of the box. Not bad!
