Michael, those are plenty much outstanding! I really like the different grinds, but other than that don't know which is my favorite. Right now I'm leaning toward the one with the longest false edge although for true kitchen combat one of the shorter ones might work the best. You done good!

Those are really awesome! The handle material is spectacular, but what I think I like more than that is the false edge grind on the top edge. The lines are really clean. Very nice. Thanks for the inspiration!
