From my count on my new Buck 2011 pricelist, there are 63 new knives on there! Of course, some are the same just different blade steels. Wish I could get my catalog to see the knives!:)

Eric,
Would it be a bother for you to look over the price list and just give us a listing of the new models and what makes them new.....i.e. totally new model or new steel. It would help some of the "I can't see" blues.....you could even skip the prices to save time.

I don't have a scanner. Sorry.:thumbdn:

:(...that's to bad Eric. Now you have to take photo's of each page and post them:eek::D.

I was sent a catalog months before they sent them to the BCCI folks, last year or the year before. I was not comfortable posting photo's here from that catalog, as I was not sure if the folks at buck would be ok with it. I just hope there is some nice LE's with Stag and or gold etch in the line up:thumbup:

That's exactly what I'm thinking about posting anything else. I don't want to get in any trouble. I just wanted everyone to know that there are several new knives and I think most will find something they "need".;)

After those who really depend on a rugged knife in the most demanding conditions welcomed the TOPS/Buck CSAR-T folder, it was inevitable there would be demand for a fixed-blade model. And now Buck has combined with their Idaho collaborator TOPS to create another high-performance tactical/survival knife, this time with a full-tang 4 1/2 inches fixed blade.

The highly functional modified Tanto blade reflects the years of TOPS expertise in meeting the specialized demands of professionals in law enforcement, military and other tactical fields. It is a hefty 0.18 inches thick, and Buck's heat treat process brings the 420HC stainless steel to an optimum hardness of Rc 58-60. It has a non-reflective, corrosion-resistant Zirblast finish. A slot in the blade provides for oxygen bottle adjustments and wire bending.

With a contoured and grooved Rocky Mountain Tread G-10 handle, it provides the strength and secure grip needed in the harshest conditions. Adding to its versatility, the handle has an integrated hex driver, shaped at its end to serve as a dependable impact and prying tool.

Overall length is 10 inches and it weighs 8.8 ounces. The MOLLE compatible nylon combat sheath has a front pocket. It all adds up to fulfilling the promise of its name: CSAR-T – Combat, Search and Rescue Tool.

I already have the folder, and this one is definitely on my wish list for 2011. :D

The fixed CSAR looks pretty nice. Carrying the folder now and like it very well.

Interested in the Hoodlum also for sure.

420HC?

I guess if you're going to badger a knife the 420HC would be easier to bring back into shape without sending it back in, but I too would like to see a higher end steel option.
