Hi everyone
I've been of BF for a while now owing to a job change and a move to Dubai from India. Just got back on the forums a couple of days ago. Unfortunately I left most of my knives back in India and carried just my BK14 and SRM 701.
Felt bereft with only two knives to my name so I went and plugged a bit on some new knives.
1. Kershaw Field Knife in Sandvik 14C28N- A beautiful blade. Took a damn sharp edge on my Lansky Kit. Works exceptionally well in the kitchen. Decidedly garbage sheath though. Made well and I guess for a field knife, a leather sheath makes some sort of sense. But its very impractical for EDC.
2. White River Knife & Tool Backpacker in S30V- Ordered and awaiting delivery. Any opinions on this blade would be welcome.
3. Ontario Model 2- Needed a decent small cheap EDC folder for my office bag. Getting tired of the SRM 701. Ordered and awaiting delivery. Any opinions on this blade would be welcome.
