I finally got the call from Brent (Blades & Grace) over the weekend that my Lanny's Clip was ready. I've been drooling over the pictures all weekend, but only have to wait a few more days (Brent is putting it in the mail tomorrow).

With Brent's permission I'm using his photos.

There are a bunch more photos at Brent's photo gallery (listed at Rob's Stag LC).

Looks great, Rob. I love the stag. He has really nailed that pattern. Congrats to both of you.

Rob,

It looks like Brent kicked some major ass with that one! Big congrats to you both!:cool::thumbup:

Awesome stag. You've got to be lucky to get a piece like that.

That's amazing stag!
I bet you'll be waiting by the mailbox until that beauty arrives!

Thanks Elliott. The stag looks incredible in the pictures and lines up perfectly. I can't wait to get it in my hands!

Thanks guys... the encouragement is appreciated.

You know that's the truth! I pulled that set of stag out and looked at it and then put it back four or five times. I just couldn't tell if I could keep enough texture on it. Even when I was working it down I was holding my breath. Then when it was finished I couldn't believe it. You know what they say....Stag is like a box of chocolates ....lol! or sompthin like dat! ;)

Brent, they remind me a great deal of a terriic set of stag scales I have on a trapper by Don Hanson. Have a look and you'll see what I mean. (Don't want to post images here and detract from this great knife. This is your time to shine!)

As others have said, "nice stag!" The stag only compliments a very nice looking knife. Well done:thumbup:
