Recently we were sent a very fine Steingass to make some new pants for. This is a right hand, crossdraw, carved, pancake sheath:

Since the knife got new pants better have something to hold yours up with:

The buckle was supplied by the customer, (a BF member too, as is Mr Steingass the knfiemaker). The belt was cut, tapered and made specifically to work with this buckle.

Since a guy has the sheath on the left and a belt to hold em up with, might as well do something for the right side. A holster for a 3" Kimber, (pictured here with our Springfield):

The outfit all at once:

All tooling was done by my wife and I handled the construction. Thanks for looking and questions and comments always welcome.

Beautiful set, Dave. Nichole has that bar grounder down pat. That's a really hard tool to run beautifully and she sure does!

Great ensemble and a perfect weekend and Independence Day to show off that set.

Thanks Paul, I passed that on to Nichole. I know what you mean, I run that bar grounder it looks like two bulls been fighting in the mud. I gotta stick to a regular backgrounder.

Dawkind.. abosolutely sir and thanks!

Thanks guys!

Great looking trio, Dave! The new owner might have to pick up a Springfield with those grips. It all works so well together.

Hi Dave:

That is some splendid work - my compliments to you and Nichole

Thanks guys!
