Hey everyone, I know that in the past the leatherman juice s2 has been very popular and was just wondering if anyone has tried the new leatherman juice s2. If so, how is it? I have been looking at smaller multitools and was wondering if its worth the $60.

I have had one for a couple of years and like it a lot. It's well made and does all I need.

Is the new model different from the older one in some way? I haven't kept up, but I have an older S2 (probably 5-6 years old), and I carry it in my bag as a back-up to my Victorinox Spirit. It sees some use, and I like it very much - but mainly as back-up. I prefer the larger Spirit for my belt.

The new one is different in a few ways. The scales have obviously changed. The nail nick for the flatheads have been changed to help with the drivers poking your fingers and to be easier to deploy. They changed the shape and shortened the knife blade.

I am not a fan of the new model Juices. Their is so many other things that could of been improved, but instead they neutered the blade and put on ugly scales.

Yeah, I don't know. I want a good multi tool with pliers to carry in my pocket (so pretty small). I have been eyeing the squirt ps4.

Dont get me wrong the new S2 will surely be a great tool. The PS4 is also great, but less capable in the pliers realm compared to the S2.

Recently lost my Juice S2. Replaced it with the older style CS$.

EDC for me. Glad I upgraded a little.

Glad I got the longer blade versus the new style.

Even if I had to get the new style the Juice line is what I would go with.

Good Luck.
