New Leatherman sheath

This is my second attempt at making a sheath with better quality leather this time

Cut leather

Wet form and bake

Pull half way and re-mold. The profile of the knife when closed is kinda like a trapezoid

Dye and dry twice

Dry buff, wax buff Glued it together, dried overnight

Next day trimmed edges up, cut stitch grooves, laid the track, drilled it, and now ready to stitch
