New Leatherman Squirt Releases

Hello All,

This may be old news to some, but is worth sharing. Leatherman has released the Squirt Plier Tool and Squirt Scissor tool with pink scales. These are not to be confused with the pink Squirts released a few years ago by Shepherd Hills Cutlery. The Shepherd Hills tools were marked "Lady Leatherman" while this general release has the standard "Leatherman" marking. I've found the pink P4 in several Target stores. Haven't seen the pink S4 yet

I've been told that within a few weeks, Squirt Electrician's Tool will be leased in three colors and without the Radio Shack name on it.

Well, the fact that the Electrician's model will be widely available without the horrible Radio Shack mark-up ($40, when you can easily find the regular Squirts for $25-30 if you shop around!) is definitely progress!!

It sure would be nice if they "upgraded" the Phillips on the regular Squirts to the improved version on the Electrician's, though... Cross your fingers!

I too have seen the pink P4's available at Target stores, but no S4's yet. Here's a photo of the pink "Lady Leatherman" Squirts that JoeBW was referring to:

That's good to know. I would hate to pay for $15 just for a ugly logo.
 
Hey JoeBW any word on who will be carrying these new squirt EL models? Can you say where you found out this info? Thanks

I saw the Leatherman Squirt E4 (electrician's tool with wire strippers) for sale today in a Fry's Electronics store for $29.99 USD.
 
Whoa! This was all news to me! I'm an electrician, and have eyed that Radio shack version for who knows how long, but don't like the red, and hate the RS logo and the price. This is great!
