Hi All,
Just let me say again that Buck's customer service is second to none. I sent Joe an email asking if he could help a Red Bone 110 that was in sad shape. It was an old work horse that had been used hard and abused. He said send it to me!!!
The tip of the blade had been broken and re-shaped to a round tip (to open paint cans). The blade had so much movement it had wobbles (closed and open). There was not one spot on the brass that did not have dings (Bolsters and Liners). The Picked bone handles were full of crud (paint and Caulking). This knife was in the worst shape of any Buck knife I ever had in my hands.
As I watched the mail truck pull up in front of my house to put the mail in the box. I saw him drop a box on the ground

. Joe had sent back an old workhorse. All I can say is WOW
. Can't believe this is the same knife. It's a perfect knife thanks BKI.
Thank you Joe; you are to cool for school
!!!
